How to Choose Abrasive Belt

1. Selection by grit:

Coarse Grit:  Heavy rust removal, thick oxide scale cleaning, big weld bead trimming, heavy burr removing and casting skin stripping.

Medium Grit: Remove tiny weld marks, stamping burrs and light oxide layer for rough wire brushing.  Universal for wire drawing and regular deburring (stainless steel, aluminum).

Fine Grit: Fine matte finishing, remove medium grit scratches.

2. Selection by width:

Narrow width: For corners, gaps and partial grinding.
Wide width: For large flat surfaces and high efficiency.
